What is is the official single event suite website of SAP Center. is tailored for Premium Hospitality areas at SAP Center (Premium Suites, Premium Suite tickets, etc.). This website is operated by the SAP Center and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from SAP Center?

Yes. All postings and sales on this website are managed by the SAP Center.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I book a SAP Center suite?

For a single-event rental, visit the CALENDAR page, click on the event you wish to attend, and choose the suite that best fits your needs. Your ZOOM SUITE can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card information or by contacting the Suite Hospitality Team at [email protected] or by calling us at 408-999-5757. When do I get my tickets after purchasing a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative of the Suite Hospitality Team will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your Zoom Suite. All tickets and parking passes will be issued digitally and can be managed right from your mobile device.

How are my tickets delivered?

All tickets and parking passes will be issued digitally. Shortly after your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager and receive instructions on how to manage your digital tickets.

Please note, tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile device. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests in advance of the event to ensure proper access into SAP Center.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on are fully private.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes, all Zoom Suites are ADA accessible.


What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on include:

Is payment required in full?

Payment plans are available for your suite purchase. Please contact [email protected] for more information.

Are there any additional fees?

There are no hidden fees! The price you see is the price you pay for a suite rental. Please keep in mind that add-ons such as additional parking passes, additional standing room only tickets, food & beverage options, etc., are not included in the suite rental price.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or cancelled events see below.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed or reschuled, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event date.

What if my event is cancelled?

If the event is cancelled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Catering is available for purchase at an additional cost. Following your Zoom Suite purchase, a Sharks representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions. Guests can forgo a catering pre-order in lieu of event day (in-suite) ordering. Please note that the event day catering menu is limited, and we strongly encourage all guests to order in advance. All advance orders must be submitted one (1) week out from your event date.

Am I required to purchase catering?

While catering is sure to enhance your experience, it is certainly not a requirement. If you choose to forgo a catering purchase, you and your guests may purchase food and beverage from general concession areas located throughout SAP Center and bring those items back to the suite. Please note that outside food and beverage is not permitted inside SAP Center.

How much does catering typically cost?

Catering costs will vary based on the number of guests in the suite and the type of food selected, e.g., snacks vs. full meals. All catering orders placed require a minimum order quantity of six (6) guests with an 19% administrative charge will be added to all catering bills.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets or "SROs") for my suite?

Yes! Select Zoom Suites offer the option for additional Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets which can be purchased directly through the Suite Hospitality Team. To contact the Suite Hospitality Team, please call 408.999.5757 or email us at [email protected].

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children 2 years of age and under do not require a separate ticket for admission into SAP Center. Suites can provide a private, welcoming and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and SAP Center)?

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

Zoom Suite tickets offer exclusive access to the North and South Club within SAP Center.

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

Your Zoom Suite includes a designated number of parking passes to SAP Center’s ABC Lot, which has two entrances: one off of West Santa Clara Street and the other at the intersection of Autumn and St. John Streets. Access to the ABC Lot is typically available 2 1/2 hours prior to the start of most events. For a parking map, click here.

When does my suite open?

You will have access to SAP Center and your Zoom Suite beginning 75 minutes prior to the start of Sharks Games, and an hour prior to most concerts and events.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the event?

Yes. If you opt not to place a catering order in advance of your event, you may place an order in-suite. Please note that the event-day menu is more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, many of your favorite options will still be available (including food, water, soft drinks, beer, wine, and spirits).

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes. Gratuity is customary.

If I have an issue with my suite on an event day, who can I contact?
